Scrap Tire Research and Education Foundation (STREF) announced speakers for Scrap to Profit Conference, which will take place on October 25-26 in Nashville, Tennessee. The speakers are among the the top experts in scrap tire management, processing and recycling.

Anne Forristall Luke, U.S. Tire Manufacturers Association

Anne will deliver a welcome and introduction speech: she will elaborate on the new U.S. Tire Manufacturing Association and the role of manufacturers in scrap tire management.

Anne Forristall Luke has more than 35 years of Washington government relations, public affairs and executive leadership experience in both the public and private sectors. Since joining USTMA, Anne has successfully rebranded and refocused the Association to accurately reflect the membership, strategy and vision of the organization representing U.S. tire manufacturers.

Bruce Bart, Eco Green Equipment

Bruce Bart will present the topic “Advances in Size Reduction Technology and the Role of the Equipment Manufacturer”.

Bruce has been active in the plastic and rubber fields for over 30 years and has developed an expertise in all phases of facility set-up and expansion, equipment design, product development and process management, as well as injection and blow molding processes.

Scrap to Profit Conference will explore topics to drive innovation in the scrap tire industry, including current trends and future opportunities for tire derived fuel, civil engineering, and ground rubber markets.
