CalRecycle Director Scott Smithline commented on the grant award saying that this move will not only create valuable products but will also support markets for recycled merchandise and promote sustainability.

The winners of $2.2 million grant are Bent Manufacturing Co, Environmental Molding Concepts LLC, Mission Rubber Co. LLC, Three D Plastics Inc, U.S. Rubber Recycling Inc, TrafFix Devices Inc, Herbert Malarkey Roofing Co.
