The webinar sheds light on market and technologies of molded products manufacturing. This webinar is designed for all parties who would like to launch new molded goods projects or diversify streams of income in their tire recycling business by integrating value-adding processes. On an introductory level, the webinar sheds light on recycled rubber molding technology from theoretical and practical as well as business standpoints.
This webinar is designed for tire pyrolysis operators, tire pyrolysis technology providers, investors, rCB distributors and rCB refinishing companies. It will cover an introduction to recovered carbon black, explain different market definitions (top-down market, bottom-up market, potential market etc.), explain market segments and market segment requirements, give estimates for major markets and discuss current market developments in carbon black that will have an impact on the markets for recovered carbon black.
This webinar gives an overview of the state of the art of jet milling technology. Due to the parameters it will become clear that new technologies were required on a dynamic market. Motivated out of this, NETZSCH developed two new systems. The economic E-JET® system and the superfine S-JET® system which is operating with overheated steam. It will be shown, that the S-JET® system is not only for super fine applications, but also for very efficient grinding. The advantages will be introduced and the synergy with industries which already have a steam generation on sight will be shown.

A large shift in acceptance and perception regarding rubber recycling and the use of more sustainable materials in the tyre and rubber industry has resulted in heightened interest and understanding of Recovered Carbon Black (rCB). One of the critical steps towards large scale adoption will be development of quality control strategies, identifying the appropriate product specifications and standards, and understanding the correlation between rCB properties and their subsequent in-rubber properties. To this end, the ASTM committee D36 on Recovered Carbon Black (rCB) is currently working towards a professionalization of the rCB industry, and is developing test methods and standards to arm producers and end-users with meaningful test methods. This webinar will also provide an update on the current ASTM D36 progress and future objectives.
The webinar is designed for newcomers to tire recycling and pyrolysis industry, who would like to learn what this business is about, which products it focuses on, which markets exist, how tire recycling and pyrolysis industry is governed, etc. Apart from the business aspect of tire recycling and pyrolysis, the webinar will be of interest to waste management authorities.
This webinar is designed for project initiators and entrepreneurs or anyone who is contemplating a new pyrolysis project.
