Eco Infinic Co., Ltd. expands plant to boost capacity and strengthen R&D capabilities
Chon Buri, Thailand – September 26, 2025 — Eco Infinic, a leader in sustainable resource recycling technologies, announced that the second-phase expansion of its Chon Buri, Thailand facility will be completed by the end of 2025. Upon completion, the plant’s capacity to process end-of-life tires will increase to 100,000 metric tons per year, while annual production capacity of recovered carbon black (rCB) and tire pyrolysis oil (TPO) will reach 30,000 metric tons and 35,000 metric tons, respectively, significantly expanding the company’s overall production scale.
As part of this expansion, Eco Infinic is also establishing a dedicated on-site laboratory to conduct physical-property comparisons, compound performance testing and formulation verification tailored to customer requirements. This enables partners to quickly validate and optimize product formulations, enhancing performance and market competitiveness.
In addition to collaborating with major international tire manufacturers and rubber related manufacturers, Eco Infinic’s rCB has already been successfully applied in numerous high-value products, including wetsuits, demonstrating its environmental benefits, skin-safe properties and versatile application potential.
Eco Infinic remains committed to advancing the green circular economy, deepening innovation and market applications, and consolidating its leadership position in Asia’s recycled-resources market.
