Robert Weibold GmbH will participate in Global Polymer Summit 2026 (GPS 2026), taking place from September 28–30, 2026, at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
This year’s Global Polymer Summit will include a dedicated Recovered Carbon Black (rCB) Symposium, bringing together leaders from across the tire recycling, materials, rubber, plastics, and sustainability value chains. The symposium will focus on the technical and commercial progress of tire pyrolysis and its products, with recovered carbon black at the center of the discussion and topics related to tire pyrolysis oil (TPO) also included.
Chaired by Dave Abdallah, the symposium is intended to provide a forum for technical and commercial dialogue among producers, compounders, researchers, equipment suppliers, and policymakers.
Andreas Kyriakou, Senior Partner at Robert Weibold GmbH, will contribute to the Recovered Carbon Black Symposium with a presentation titled “rCB Industry Status Quo, Trends, and Market Outlook.”
The presentation will provide an overview of the current development of the rCB industry as it enters a new phase of industrial scale-up, addressing evolving capacities, market and regulatory developments, and broader industry trends, as well as the outlook for emerging rCB applications.
