The German engineering and trading company Waste Desorp GmbH of Bad-Malente and the Polish MetalERG sp.z.o.o spk of Olawa have entered into a cooperation for the joint production of complete turnkey pyrolysis systems. This laid the foundations for the establishment of the first European company for the supply of complete pyrolysis systems, which, according to Waste Desorp GmbH, guarantees the customers high quality production standards and compliance with local environmental protection measures.

The company's services range from customer advice, the layout and design of the systems to the construction and delivery of the complete pyrolysis plants, including assembly, training, service and spare parts supply.

The scope of supply includes pyrolysis plants for:

  • waste tire,
  • plastic waste,
  • residues of rubber and plastic production,
  • heavy to separate composite materials,
  • wind turbine blades,
  • RDF,
  • straw,
  • wood,
  • all kind of other bio-organic materials,
  • reconstruction kits of batch systems into continue processing installation.

All installation components being in contact with pyrolysis fuel and gases are made of high temperature resistant stainless steel grade SS310, designed for thermo-chemical decomposition processes up to 1,050°C. The reactors can be heated either with self-produced gas, with hot gases of other heat sources or with induction current. The design of the reactors depends on the raw material, its quantity and its preprocessing and can be: rotary tube reactors, paddle shaft reactors, ploughshare shaft reactors, twin screw shaft reactors or shaftless screw reactors. Each system is tailored to the customer specific needs.
