Pyrum Innovations AG (Pyrum), a pioneering company that recycles old tires sustainably with its globally patented, unique pyrolysis technology, reports that the company has been nominated for the “Rising Star” award. This is presented as part of the European Small and Mid-Cap Awards and goes back to a joint initiative of the Association of European Stock Exchanges (FESE), the EU Commission and EuropeanIssuers. Pyrum is the only German company among the nominees in this category this year. With the award ceremony, FESE recognizes the resilience and innovative strength of small and medium-sized enterprises throughout the European Union and their contribution to economic growth.

The European Small and Mid-Cap Awards will be held this year in Bilbao, Spain, as part of the European Commission's annual SME gathering in mid-November 2023. With the award ceremony, the organizers around the FESE, which as an association represents 35 European stock exchanges, want to draw attention to the advantages of equity financing and encourage smaller companies to consider this financing option. In addition to Pyrum, eight other European companies are competing for the coveted "Rising Star" award.
