Re-Plan City Life is committed to enhancing collaboration among various tire recycling projects to facilitate information sharing and create new cooperation opportunities. By connecting diverse initiatives, the goal is to merge isolated efforts and products made from recycled tire materials (RTM) into European market.

One of Re-Plan's partner in this effort is the Life Green Vulcan project, which focuses on improving the reuse of rubber waste through advanced, eco-friendly devulcanization technology. This project has demonstrated the successful use of recycled rubber in high-tech industrial applications. For instance, Stellantis has developed a spring support containing 20% recycled rubber, while Bridgestone has produced a car tire tread (PCR) with 10% recycled rubber by weight.

These achievements pave the way for incorporating high-quality recycled rubber in various industrial uses, reducing the dependency on virgin and natural rubber, and aligning with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). Additionally, the outcomes from this project have informed proposals for revising significant product regulations at both national and European levels, including the End of Life Vehicles (ELV) Directive.
