Two of Australia’s leading industrial companies, Fenner Conveyors and Tyrecycle, have announced a new partnership aimed at improving sustainability in bulk materials handling and mining. The collaboration unites Fenner’s expertise in conveyor belt manufacturing with Tyrecycle’s experience in rubber recycling, both underpinned by strong Australian manufacturing foundations and global reach. Together, the companies plan to develop circular systems that extend the life of rubber products and reduce the environmental impact of mining operations.

Vaculug has submitted a proposal to the UK Cabinet Office consultation Public Procurement: Growing British Industry, Jobs, and Skills, calling for retreaded tyres to be mandated in public sector fleets.
