Tinna Rubber & Infrastructure Ltd., India's largest tire recycler, is venturing into the Middle Eastern market with a majority stake acquisition in an Oman-based tire recycling operation. The Oman subsidiary, known as Global Recycle LLC, aims to recycle 10,000 metric tons annually in its initial phase, with plans to triple capacity in the coming years. This move grants Tinna access to the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries (GCC) and contributes to circularity in Oman's economy while generating employment opportunities.

Additionally, Tinna Rubber is investing $5 million in a new car tire recycling facility near Mumbai, which is set to become operational by the end of 2023. With these expansions, Tinna's total tire recycling capacity will reach 200,000 tons per year, solidifying its position as Asia's largest waste tire recycler.

Tinna Rubber & Infrastructure Ltd, with over 40 years of experience in the rubber industry, currently operates four tire recycling sites in India. These expansions are set to make Tinna Rubber the largest waste tire recycler in Asia, with a total capacity of 200,000 tons per year.
