Tire-derived rubber mulch producer expands in the USA
A US rubber mulch exporter that also manufactures playground products, IMC Outdoor Living, has announced its plans to expand – the company will be using over 320,000 square feet of space at the Gateway TradePort, in Pontoon Beach, Illinois.
For this, IMC Outdoor Living will use a Building 2 of the 600-acre Gateway TradePort. Kansas City developer NorthPoint Development is the owner of this edifice, according to the company’s recent statement.
The stakeholders of the project stated that it was important to reach a deal on the new building as it will help IMC Outdoor Living keep on providing their service to the clients across the USA.
IMC Outdoor Living is operated by Liberty Tire Recycling that also has a manufacturing plant in Godfrey. That plant will continue to work as normal, however, there is also a chance that it will be expanded in the future.
The company was rebranded several years ago; it was formerly known as International Mulch Co.
