Tyre Stewardship Australia (TSA) has announced a change in board leadership as David Spear concludes his nine-year term as Chair. TSA acknowledged his contribution during a period marked by significant progress in advancing circular outcomes for Australia’s end-of-life tyre sector.

The organisation has appointed David Fraser as the new Chair. Fraser, who has served on the TSA Board since 2023, brings experience in governance and compliance, along with familiarity with TSA’s strategic priorities and ongoing initiatives. His appointment marks the beginning of the next phase of TSA’s work in supporting national stewardship and circularity goals.

TSA expressed appreciation for Spear’s long-standing service and noted its expectation of continued progress under Fraser’s leadership.
