Fornnax opens sales office to focus on exports of shredding and recycling equipment
Fornnax – one of the World's leading manufacturer of shredding and recycling equipments with headquarters in India – has recently opened an all-new sales office that will focus on exports.
“Our overseas commitments are increasing, leading us to open a sales office in the commercial hub of Ahmedabad (Gujarat) that is dedicated to international sales,” informed Jignesh Kundariya, Director, Fornnax Technology.
Fornnax is currently concentrating on the markets in Australia and the Middle East. Companies like Tyre Collection and 7star Tyre PTY, both based in Australia, are already receiving equipment from Fornnax. Another important project, involving the shipping of an entire recycling plant to Mauritius, has already been completed.
Due of its proximity to India and ease of access for after-sales support, Fornnax views the Middle East as an expansion of its domestic market.
New Office to focus on individual overseas market opened in October.
“Each market has its own inherent dynamics and requires dedicated handling. We have now identified the focused markets, allocated to various sales heads for individual handling. Now markets of Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia, and N America are handled individually by our team,” informed Jignesh Kundariya.
Fornnax’s business volume has grown as the company is expanding at more than 30% annually further indicating its growing commitments in the domestic and international markets. The annual turnover reached INR 450 million last year.
Sales of Fornnax are being driven by a rising number of repeat purchases from current clients. The percentage of repeat business from returning customers was 40% last year, and it is anticipated that this percentage will reach 60%.
Fornnax continues to upgrade its machinery launching new and higher capacity variants at regular intervals. Currently, the company is working on a new primary shredder, the SR 200 HD in 25-ton capacity expected to debut in January 2023.
The new model will focus on TDF application (Tyre Derived Fuel). Cement sites install 3 to 4 lines for high output. But the SR 200 HD is a single line that gives a high output equivalent to 3-4 smaller lines.
The company has also launched the world’s biggest secondary shredder R4000 HD, that separates steel and rubber and has 8 tons capacity per hour. Fornnax is also actively showcasing its range at various international trade shows around the world to penetrate into new markets besides meeting its existing clientele.
