Bosnia and Herzegovina‘s Minister of Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection, Almir Bečarević, presented a permit for waste management for the processing and recycling of end-of-life tires to Zlatko Sejmenović, the director of material recovery company NEGRO CROWN d.o.o. Sarajevo. This gives NEGRO CROWN the opportunity to establish a tire recycling plant in the canton of Sarajevo.

On that occasion, Minister Almir Bečarević praised the initiative and the investment of about 800,000 BAM (Bosnia-Herzegovina Convertible Marka) in the waste recycling system which will significantly contribute to the improvement of the environment in Sarajevo Canton.

Through this project in Sarajevo Canton, 10 new jobs will be created and the opportunity for end-of-life tires disposal in environmentally friendly manner and according to EU Regulations.
