Pyrum Innovations AG (Pyrum) has published its 2021 annual financial statements and, for the first time, consolidated financial statements for 2021. In the past financial year 2021, the Group achieved a total output of EUR 3.7 million, an increase of 106% compared to the previous year (2020: EUR 1.8 million). On May 13, Pyrum Innovations – a German end-of-life tire pyrolysis operator – announced it had received ISO 9001 certification for its quality management in the scope of end-of-life tire recycling, production and sales of the resulting products (tire pyrolysis oil and recovered carbon black), research and development of new input materials and products, and plant design and construction. The implementation of and compliance with the quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 has been confirmed by successfully passing, Pyrum said.

The Endurance WHA is now made with soybean oil, which replaces a portion of the petroleum-based materials used in its production.

Pyrum Innovations AG (Pyrum) – a pioneer in the sustainable recycling of end-of-life tires based on its pyrolysis technology – has started test operation of its new pelletiser at its plant site in Dillingen. The pelletiser enables the recovered carbon black (rCB) obtained by means of the pyrolysis process to be bonded into pellets, which increases the transportability as well as facilitates the further processing of the raw material.
