Enviro has completed the delivery and installation of five pyrolysis reactors for its tire recycling plant in Uddevalla, Sweden. The company confirmed that the work was carried out on schedule. "With the delivery of the fifth and final reactor, all equipment included in the main process is now in place and fully assembled," said Fredrik Emilson, CEO of Enviro.

Infiniteria has entered additional delivery agreements regarding recovered carbon black from Uddevalla - 100 percent of carbon black production at Uddevalla 1 now fully booked. The deliveries concern recovered carbon black, rCB, which will be produced at Infiniteria's recycling plant in Uddevalla. The agreement is multi-year and is based on a mutual term sheet, with the total order value estimated to be approximately 100 million SEK over the contract period.

Scandinavian Enviro Systems (Enviro) has renewed a delivery agreement concerning pyrolysis oil from the Åsensbruk facility with a leading American oil company. The ISCC EU certified oil will be used by the oil company for the production of biofuel. The order accounts for 100% of the annual production of 750 tons of ISCC EU certified oil at Åsensbruk and the oil company has expressed a demand for substantially larger volumes.

Enviro's recovered carbon black has been used by Swedish rubber and plastic manufacturer AnVa to develop climarub, one of the world’s first completely climate-neutral rubber compounds. “The launch clearly demonstrates the great commercial value of recycling in achieving climate neutrality,” says Fredrik Emilson, CEO of Enviro.

Infiniteria’s tire recycling plant in Uddevalla, for which Scandinavian Enviro Systems (Enviro) is responsible for project management and coordinating construction, is progressing well in the civil and building works and is now ready for installation of production equipment to begin.

On February 3, key local personnel from Scandinavian Enviro Systems and Antin Infrastructure Partners’ joint venture company Infiniteria, moved to the site outside Uddevalla where the joint venture company is establishing its first full-scale recycling plant. Among the personnel now starting to work from the site are Fredrik Alpner, Plant General Manager, along with about ten other key individuals.

Scandinavian Enviro Systems (Enviro) has received MSEK 25.6 in compensation from the joint venture company after achieving a first predefined milestone linked to the construction of the plant in Uddevalla. Half of the compensation consists of cash and the other half of shares in the joint venture company. The compensation is received after achievement of the first of several predefined milestones linked to the construction of the site in Uddevalla. As previously commmunicated, Enviro will continuously receive compensations linked to the achievement of certain predefined milestones. As Enviro also previously announced, the company will communicate individual transactions linked to these compensations.
