The milling and pelletising plant of the expanded unit also entered regular production operations in April at a processing rate of 750 kg/hour. Pyrum said a short-term capability analysis carried out during commissioning showed 'stable process conditions and reproducible product quality' for the TTB material. Following an audit, “Continental granted full supply approval for the rCB material for use in tire manufacturing,” said Pyrum.

The company maintained an 81% utilization rate through beneficial reuse across 219 million tires collected. These results also reflect Liberty’s continued focus on its workforce and communities. In 2025, the company reported an 11% reduction in Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) and a 9% relative reduction in employee turnover, alongside more than $216,000 donated to charitable initiatives.
