ARESOL Renovables, a Spanish renewable energy and circular economy group, has entered into a definitive agreement with Ecolomondo Corporation (TSXV: ECM) (OTC: ECLMF) to establish "Ecolomondo EU," a European subsidiary headquartered in Spain. The partnership will oversee the development of at least four tire pyrolysis plants utilizing Ecolomondo's Thermal Decomposition Process (TDP) technology across the European Union.

On October 21, Bridgestone held a groundbreaking ceremony on October 21 for its new pilot demonstration plant for precise pyrolysis*1of end-of-life tires at its plant in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, Japan. The ceremony brought together 32 participants, such as Seki City Mayor Kiyoshi Yamashita and representatives from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, as well as other stakeholders, who gathered to pray for the safety of the construction of the new plant.

Swedish Tyre Recycling and Norwegian Tyre Recycling are entering into a joint venture for the management of end-of-life tyres in both countries. All operational activities will be coordinated through Bon Orbit, a jointly owned company between the two parties. The shared ambition is to increase the supply of high-quality recycled raw materials and accelerate the development of new circular applications.

Pyrum Innovations AG has scheduled the official groundbreaking ceremony for its new tire recycling plant in Perl-Besch, Germany, for November 14, 2025. The facility, which will be the company's largest to date, is designed to process more than 22,000 tons of end-of-life tires annually and will be fully owned and operated by Pyrum. Once operational, the plant will more than double the company's total recycling capacity.
